I placed an order online for a tropical arrangement with the request that it be as close to the online picture as possible. The original florist did not have the flowers, so my order was redirected to Fergie's. When the arrangement was delivered, my sister was so pleased and excited by the arrangement. She said it was the most beautiful arrangement she'd ever received. THANK YOU, Fergie's for answering my request. I also appreciated the other florist forwarding the request to someone who could fulfill my specifications. Will most definitely use Fergie's again!

My online order was placed with Roanoke Florist. Robert called to ask if they could substitute some of the flowers, but I did not want any substitutions for the main flowers in the arrangement. He said he would call another florist to see if they could do it. Robert then called back to say he'd called Fergie's and they could get the flowers for the arrangement. Fergie's tried to deliver the arrangment but they could not get past the locked gates of the recipient's gated community. The delivery service was finally able to reach the recipient via phone and get the arrangement delivered. When I received the call from the recipient, she said the arrangement was the most beautiful she'd ever received! The chocolates were a bit soft, but a few minutes in the frig took care of that! THANK YOU! I would definitely use them again! I would also use Roanoke Florist again. They were very professional and I liked that they did not hesitate to call another florist to do the arrangement when I asked for no substitutions. A+ service and professionalism from both florists! Thank you!

My Valentine's flowers were spectacular! My husband told me in advance that they may have a hard time with delivery - record snowfall in Texas - and we know Fergie's shop is in a remote area. The flowers were on time, friendly delivery man! The flowers, delivered on the 12th, are still gorgeous and fresh. Fergie will be doing my daughter's wedding this summer...
